Privacy Policy

Core Development Systems, LLC (“CoreDev,” “we,” “us”) builds and operates business-management and field-service software (the “Platform”) provided to business customers (“Customers”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle data accessed through services you choose to connect — including QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Stripe, and others.
Information we collect
- Account data: business name, contact name, email, phone, address, and login credentials.
- Operational data you enter: records about your own clients (names, phone numbers, emails, service addresses), and your quotes, jobs, invoices, and notes.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store payment status and references — not full card numbers.
- Connected-service data: when you connect QuickBooks Online, Stripe, or import from another system, we access and process data from those accounts as you direct.
- Technical data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the Platform.
How we access and use QuickBooks data
- With your authorization via Intuit’s OAuth flow, we access your QuickBooks Online company to create and update customers, items, invoices, and payments that originate in the Platform.
- We use QuickBooks data solely to provide the accounting-sync feature you enabled — not for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties except sub-processors that help operate the Platform, or as required by law.
- OAuth access/refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access.
Third-party processors
We use trusted service providers to operate the Platform, each processing data only to provide its function:
- Intuit / QuickBooks Online — accounting sync.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- SMS/email providers — customer notifications.
- Cloud hosting — running and storing the Platform.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the sub-processors above, at your direction, or when required by law. As a Customer, you are responsible for your own clients’ data and for obtaining any consents required to enter it into the Platform.
Data security & retention
We protect data with encryption of secrets and access tokens at rest and access controls. We retain data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it on request or after account closure, subject to legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Disconnecting a service (e.g., QuickBooks) stops further data exchange with that service.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
